I called Koen to repair a burst water pipe in my attic. I was very impressed to get a quick appointment especially given the historical freeze everyone was experiencing. My plumbers were professional, had the pipe repaired quickly, and my water was back. I highly recommend Koen and their staff.

Honestly, super great job. Came on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it for cheap! I had another plumber come out and say he would have to tear down the wall to fix it and it would cost $8,000. Koen came out and fixed it without tearing anything out for $300. 10/10 would use again

Will be my go-to company from now on for gas leaks; Salvador was professional and extremely polite. He showed a level of concern that is rare among service companies. The price was not cheap, but I feel I definitely got my money's worth (especially given my lack of knowledge about gas leaks, I feel that a disreputable company could have easily taken advantage of me). I recommend this company without reservations.

Alex completed 6 different projects in his day at my home. Very efficient, professional and clearly knowledgeable about his trade. When each job was done, the area was neat and clean. Koen is my new go-to firm for plumbing and Alex is my guy.
